Today's lunch - Bihun Goreng

Whilst I'm in the mood to write, let me share my lunch menu for today!

Presenting my very 1st attempt of Bihun Goreng! *insert fireworks here*



Saya budak masih belajar memasak.  Bab2 memasak ni mmg x expert la.  So walaupun mungkin for some ppl, bihun goreng ni consider "kacang" je utk masak tp for me it's something new.  So saya sangat happy!! *melompat2 kegembiraan*  If u ask my siblings, my parents or even my close friends, mereka2 ni tahu yg saya ni mmg x pandai masak sebelum kawin.  Serious x pandai ok! I only know how to goreng telor, masak maggi and masak nasi.  That's it!  So basically, I started learning few months lepas kawin.  But everyday is a brand new day to learn something new.  So sikit2 i try to enhance my cooking skills la.  Of cos, hubby and siblings adalah orang2 penting utk mencuba dan mengkritik masakan I.  Tapi my siblings usually akan cakap sedap and puji2 terlebih sbb nak suruh i masak lagi.  So hubby's opinions lah yang paling honest and boleh pakai.  Sedap dia ckp sedap, kurang sedap dia ckp la apa yg x cukup.  But dia makan je kalau kurang sedap pun. hihi. cuma harus la improve kan next time :))

Anyhoo, here's sharing the resipi for today's menu.  Actually google je for the resipi and ikut sebiji2 sbb nampak sedap.  And yes! mmg sedap pun resipi ni. I followed exactly, xde nak terlebih2 or terkurang kan anything.  So enjoy je utk sapa2 yg baru nak belajar like me.  Yang dah expert tu, sila la ignore :)


Ingredients:

1/2 bungkus meehoon (rendam sekejap dengan air sejuk - pastu toskan airnya)
2 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk)
3 ulas bawang merah (tumbuk)
1/2 batang carrot (shred) - x letak pun xpe.
2-3 pokok sawi
2 sudu besar cili boh (kalau x nak pedas kurangkan)
1 piring kecil ayam/daging
1/2 kiub ayam
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu esar sos tomato
1 biji telur ayam
Kicap manis secukupnya
Air secukupnya (kalau kering sgt, but i x letak pun)
Minyak masak


Cara2nya adalah:
1. Tumis bawang putih & bawang merah sampai wangi.

2. Dekat-dekat nak garing tu masukkan cili boh. Biarkan sekejap sampai naik minyak.

3. Masukkan kiub ayam

4. Masukkan ayam/daging  kacau -kacau.

5. Masukkan semua sos & kicap

6. Bila ayam/daging dah agak empuk, masukkan sayur semua

7. Pecahkan telur kacau sikit

8. Masukkan bihun

9. Kalau kering sangat baru masukkan air. Itupun sikit sikit ye.

10. Rasa - tip top?

11. Hidang! 


Itu saja, mudah juga sebenar and and it took me less than an hour je utk sediakan bahan, mengoreng dan mengemas dapur terus! Jemput makan ye! :))
